Description: Solar Installation for a POS Shop and Entertainment Hub
On the 21st of August, 2024, we successfully installed a compact solar power solution designed to meet the energy needs of a small business hub. The project, located in Alaja, Abeokutam Ogun State, featured a 0.9 kWh battery and a 500-watt power inverter, tailored to power a POS shop, a mobile phone charging center, and a PlayStation gaming hub.
This efficient setup ensures uninterrupted power for critical business operations, including POS transactions, mobile phone charging for customers, and gaming sessions. Despite its compact size, the system provides reliable energy, reducing the shop’s reliance on the national grid while lowering operational costs.
Before this upgrade, the client relied on an MTN Lumos Solar Box, which came with limited capacity and recurring subscription costs. However, with the new customized solar system, the client has completely eliminated their dependency on the Lumos Solar Box. This transition has brought several benefits:
Cost Savings: By eliminating subscription fees, the client now enjoys free, uninterrupted solar energy after installation.
Increased Energy Capacity: The new system supports more devices, including gaming consoles and multiple charging points, with ease.
